When you have found a property that has your interest you submit a request for availability. .

2. Reservation:

We will then check with the owners to verify the availability and answer you within 24 hours (often sooner). If the apartment is available and you wish to book it, we will send you our detailed Confirmation Voucher with all details for the payment.

3. Initial payment:

The next step in order to reserve the apartment is to pay the first abt. 40% of the total rent. for some apartments is requested the total amount as it bases on owners.  Once we receive the money, your reservation is confirmed. Please note that for some apartments the Initial payment may wary. You will be informed accordingly.

4. Final payment and security deposit:

The payment for the remaining rental and securtity deposit is due upon arrival and payable directly to the owner. For certain apartments you may be asked to send the security deposit together with the Initial payment.

Security deposit:

For weekly rentals the amount normally averages 200 EUROS. The exact amount will be specified in the Confirmation Voucher. This amount is fully refundable less reserves for any damage, within a week of your departure. We have almost never had to withhold anyone's deposit and we have never had a dispute.

--CANCELLATION--

Sometimes an unplanned event can alter your travel plans. We advice you to take an insurance that covers for any unforeseen events.

The initial payment to reserve the apartment can be refunded only in case cancellation is done at least 3 months before arrival day. 

If we have received the security deposit together with the Initial payment, it will always be refunded in the case of a cancellation.
