Find your property:
When you have found a property that has your interest you submit a request for availability.
2. Reservation:
The owner will then check availability and answer within 24 hours (often sooner). If the apartment is available and you wish to book it, you will receive a booking voucher with all details of the apartment you wish to book and details for the payment..
3. Initial payment:
The next step in order to reserve the apartment is to pay abt. 20/30% of the total rent.  This may vary depending on the owners.  The initial payment is not refundable..
4. Final payment and security deposit:
The payment for the remaining rental and breakarage deposit is due cash upon arrival and payable directly to the owner.   The breakarage deposit (where required) will be returned to you after the owner has checked the status of the apartment.
